Yes, upon previous request at the front desk and private van shuttles are also available.

Does the resort provide parking?

Yes, free parking is available in our open parking lot. Valet parking is available through the front desk.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, wireless Internet is available throughout the resort. The Wi-Fi can be switched off in the villas upon request from guests seeking total seclusion.

Is breakfast provided at the resort?

Yes, complimentary breakfast available for guests from 7 am to 10 am throughout their stay.

What other amenities are offered at the resort?

Exercise, yoga area overlooking the sea, massage gazebo, Gift Shop, kayaks, snorkeling and dive center (off-site).

What amenities are included in my villa?

Every room is equipped with a hairdryer, safe, minibar, coffee and tea equipment,  flat-screen TV, and a seasonal welcome basket of fresh fruits.

What bathroom supplies are provided in my unit?

Toilet paper, soap bars, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and bathrobes.

Towel replacement, trash pickup and villa cleaning if requested.

Do I need a credit card at check-in?

Yes, the credit card used to make the reservation must be present at check-in with card holder and matching ID or passport for verification purposes.

Can I pay my balance in cash?

Yes, you can but you still have to bring the credit card used to make the deposit with you.

Can I make payments on my balance before my vacation?

You can make payments before your arrival date. All cards used to make payments must be presented at check-in by the cardholder with matching ID.

Can I book a reservation without a deposit?

No. Every reservation must have the first night’s stay paid in order to book.

What is the cancellation policy?

You have 14 days prior to arrival to cancel and receive a 90% refund of your deposit. Once you are within 14 days of your arrival date you forfeit your first night stay deposit.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out time is at noon.

Are early check-ins and late check-outs possible?

Not during the high season, March to June. You can request with it the front desk during the offseason but it is never guaranteed.

How do I adjust my reservation?

You can contact the reservations department for changes. If you booked through a third party (examples: Expedia, hotels.com, booking.com, etc.) you have to contact them directly for any questions, changes, and cancellations.

What is the security deposit/ damage waiver for?

Accidental damage.

Can I pay my security deposit in cash?

Yes, but you will receive your $100 refunded in check form in the mail within 7 days after check-out.

How much is the security deposit/damage waiver?

If you are paying in cash, a security deposit of $100 is required at check-in, which is refunded when your stay is over. You can also purchase the Damage Waiver for $39.95 plus tax, non-refundable, paid with your first-night stay deposit.

Can I bring children?

Only children above 18 years old may stay at the resort.


How far away is the airport?

Puerto Princessa Airport is a 4-hour drive from Taytay and El Nido Airport is one hour drive from Taytay. The new Cesar Lim Rodriguez Airport known as Taytay-Sandoval Airport will be opening soon.

What attractions are within a short drive radius?

The Fuerza De Santa Isabel, Kuyawyaw Falls, Lake Manguao. Other attractions are a bit further within a few hours drive like Puerto Princessa and El Nido.

Is there a grocery store nearby the resort?

Yes, there are grocery stores within a short drive of the resort.

How far is the beach from the resort?

The Dream Wellness Resort is a beachfront resort.

Travel and Expenses

Is a visa required to the Philippines?

Best to check with your local consulate as visa requirements varie from country to country. Guests must hold a valid ticket of a return journey to the country of origin or next country of destination and a passport valid for a period of at least 6 months beyond their stay in the Philippines.

What is the local currency and what currency should I take?

The local currency is Pesos; eventhough some shops and facilities may accept US dollars; its best to exchange money to the local currency.

Are ATM machines available?

The island has few ATM machines; you can find ATMs that take international cards in Puerto Princessa. Do not leave it until the last moment to withdraw your funds because the ATMs are sometimes all offline and you may not be able to continue on with your journey for lack of cash.

Where can I exchange foreign notes?

The best place to exchange your foreign notes is in a bank in Manila. Outside of Manila, you may have trouble exchanging anything other than US dollars and euros. There are also several Western Union branches in Palawan that may give the best exchange rates and offer money transfers.

Can I use my credit card in Palawan?

You can only use your credit card at the resort. You probably won’t be able to pay by credit card anywhere else.


Can I rent bicycles while I’m on vacation?

No, you can only rent a motorbike from any of the rental shops in Taytay.

Can I bring my pet with me on vacation?


Do I need to bring an electrical adapter?

No, the resort provides adapters if required.

Can your resort accommodate food allergies?

Yes, our staff will make sure our chef ensure appropriate meals are available for guests with food allergies.

When is the best time to travel to Taytay?

The dry season also the high season is between November-June.

Should I get vaccinated before going?

No, vaccinations aren’t necessary to the Philippines where our resort is located; however, we suggest that you speak to your doctor for more information.
